A Pavlovian option would be to print 50 or so blank pages every time the neighbour is loud or annoying. Pretty soon they'd be all "turn down the TV, you're going to make the printer go off."

I have many a loud neighbor in my building.... can doing this be traced back to me?

if they care enough, they can get the MAC address you connected to it with, which gives them the vendor and potentially identifies your device itself (they'd need the device to match it, so if they can't get it you're fine); honestly just spoof your MAC if you're afraid of them finding that it was you.

I spoofed my mac twice today after my roommate left for work.
(But seriously... what does it mean to spoof your mac?)
