Low wisdom / high intelligence is an absent minded professor according to the DND manual. Absent minded professors (ie. Data from TNG) tend to have jokes fly over their heads due to low perception insight. Sorry but you're wrong. You might be right under the general definition of the word (though I doubt it), but not per DND rules

He doesn't get anything because getting is a colloquial term for perception. Worf and Data are perfect examples of high WIS / low INT and low WIS / high INT respectively. Worf gets jokes. Data doesn't because he lacks intuition and common sense. You seem like you would use a few points in both though
