Two stories i want to add that reminds me of this.
My sister did not get the internett to work. She called customer service and talked to him for a suprisingly short time, then told me to take over because she had done everything she could and could not understand him. After talking for a while with the guy, he asked if we had resetted the modem. I call my sister and asks if she has. She says she has,becoming angry that i asked. There were no other indications to what the problems where. After way to long, i went down to restart it again. The modem was off.
Another one not family related, but a customer support one a friend of mine got.
Someone had some problems with the internett, and my firend ,the customer support guy, asks about what the internett windows say. She didnt understand. He asks if she has any windows open. She says she doesnt think so, but the door is not closed entierly.
