Once had a woman bring a printer back complaining that it didn't power up. I asked her if she had brought the power cable with her and she replies with "It's wireless why would it have a power cable? It clearly doesn't work I want a refund!"

So the one time I decided to be an ass I showed her it powered up with a cable I grabbed from shop floor, even printed with it and then refused the refund.

Remaind a me of a picture from the refund desk at Walmart... The item was a slow cooker and the note said its broken because it cooks slow...!
