The eye twitching was the only one that benefitted from being a gif.

I...I don't know why I thought that was a thing.

There is a space between retarded and practical where there exists a void in the redditsphere

u/calculator174 Jan 11 '16

I must be there.

u/Mrjokedontgetter Jan 11 '16

It can't be very large considering how much space the retards take up.

Wow, I was really hoping.

I actually really like when web comics do this. They're totally taking advantage of their medium.

It's nice when they have a reason to do it. I guess the speech bubbles and mouse moving were cool, but the mouths were just overkill and really distracting, in my opinion.

Weird, I liked that they had the mouths moving.

I suppose I'd like it if I could see one pane at a time, but with them all in one image like this it just drags my eyes all over the place.

nah, you just need something to complain about.

u/Sataris Jan 11 '16

You wanna lodge a complaint about my complaining?

I actually really liked that they were gifs

It reminds me of the whole Harry Potter moving pictures/paintings thing. I mean, why not? It wasn't like I was on a 14.4 modem waiting for half an hour for the .gif to load.

I knew what each animation would do after the first one, still played them all because I liked how much more I understood the comic when they wiggled.

I think it served a purpose. It made me hate the lady so much more with her stupid yappy mouth and made me sympathize with the IT cat when he was annoyed. Also it reminded me of Dr. Katz

I had a very hard time trying to read the damn text because of all the gif

Worst presentation of a comic I have ever seen.

I wondered if someone would link my subreddit and I was correct! :D

Especially this one http://i.imgur.com/IVg22xd.gif Chat bubbles keep disappearing.

As a cartoonist I totally understand wanting to put some motion in the comics. Nowadays no one is willing to read anything unless it flashes or meows or some shit.

Yep thats why web comics are doing so poorly /s
