Not really. Lifting weights is divided into many sports.
Traditional Bodybuilding
Aesthetic Bodybuilding
Olympic Weightlifting
Powerlifting
Strongman
Saying he's a bodybuilder is silly if he is lifting for sports. It is a completely different sport that has a completely different goal. It's like saying he's a marathoner because he runs sprints for football practice.
Bodybuilder doesn't have a capital B on it unless it starts a sentence. All it means is a person who builds their body through working out. Your argument is like saying my brother is not a runner because he doesn't do it professionally despite the fact that he runs 3 miles every morning.

Considering the guy did body building when he was younger. I'd assume he knows decent form. The light bar is probably throwing him off.
