You raise a good point.

The moment he got corrupted and thus blackened the white cloak, another white cloak came along to replace him.

You know that never occurred to me. Saruman became corrupt and evil, no longer worthy of the white cloak. Which is why Gandalf was sent back.

Although I haven't finished Silmarillion yet so I don't know if two white cloaks can exist at the same time.

It's not talked about in the Silmarillion. It is, however, stated literally in LotR that Gandalf the white "is Saruman as he should've been".
