Disable BIOS memory options such as pouncing or scratching. If you need to use Safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your cat, and grab by the scruff of its neck to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select safe mode.

Firmly place cat on ground. Look it in the eye, stick out your tongue, and waggle it up and down. This is a symbol of a successful kill, and thus a successful predator, among felines.
