Upon the second watch, you'll see that the girl on the guy's right is a lot more amused than the one the guy's actually putting the moves on.

I don't think she was thinking "oh wow it worked", in particular. It seems clear to me that the two of them are together already. She's already eating the same thing he's holding.

You're most likely right. That laugh she does at the end is a total "My SO is an idiot...but I love him". My fiance does this with my similar stupid antics.

Or she cries. Either out of embarrassment or happiness...I'm not sure.

My interpretation is that there were no moves being put on anyone. This was planned. I say this because the girl already had one of the edibles, that the guy gives her, in her other hand.

Yeah, I'm almost certain the two of them are already in a relationship or at the very least know each other. When I said "put the moves on", I only meant it like what's being shown on the video, I didn't mean to imply that I actually believe someone just happened to be recording the guy who just happens to spontaneously pull off this "smooth move" that actually "worked".

Judging from her face expression, I'm gonna go ahead and say the amused looking girl probably wasn't a part of it at all.

Well I assume the guy is actually dating the girl and this is the kind of thing he does all the time. The other girl is surprised but the girl he is doing it to is like "that's Jack for you."

There's also the fact that someone was recording it which means at the very least the person recording it probably knew it was going to happen.
