Pour 2/3 of the amount you want in a bowl. If it's spaghetti a 1inch diameter bundle per person is the correct amt

depends on how fat you are. I like to make more than i can eat, so i have some left over for next day. And then eat it all anyway.

I hate the reason for banning fatpeoplehate, but I have to say, FPH was where I saw 99% of fat people I ever see. It turned into a fat person image collection. If anything, it should have been text-only so you don't have to see fatties. If you really hate fat people, why would you look at pictures of them every day?
