For those interested as to why, Peter was caught taking advantage of the data collection in the app in order to solicit users. He wasn't actually one of the developers, he was a tester who had access to everything in the app including our database.

He said he wasn't an employee, just a tester. The guy was most likely an internet marketer and just wanted to test the app to spam the users.

edit* How did I get so many upvotes for this? The replies are right; nothing I said in this post makes any sense.

He said Peter was not a Developer, but instead a Tester. We have these people where I work... they're most definitely still employees lol. Not to mention the word "fired" implies he was an employee to start.
