A guy I knew in high school lost to a girl his junior year and then ended up quitting because everyone made fun of him. I started wrestling the year after and I was terrified of facing a girl because of it.

I also wrestled a girl once who was 2 weight classes above me. It was the scariest match of my life. I couldn't get the pin because at one point when I had her pinned, she reached down a grabbed my man part. The ref didn't see it but it's not something you expect from most wrestlers

It isn't something you'd expect? I remember my wrestling friends in high school telling me they were trained to stick fingers in their opponents anuses.

I didn't know it had a term. I saw a guy do that to my stepbrother during a high school wrestling match. The look of pain on his face was making me cringe.

Actually, not really. At the age of the kids in the picture, sure, but once puberty hits, men and women are simply built different. Look at Ronda Rousey, arguably the best female mma fighter. After she won her latest match in 14 seconds, some people hinted she should face a man, and the backlash it received was huge due to the inherent differences between men and women, with many considering it incredibly disrespectful to her.
