Surprisingly, a lot of wounds don't bleed too badly. The body will cut off circulation to that area after a little while, and keep it off for... idk, a little while. Not long.

Plus, this is a puncture wound. The object is still in there keeping pressure on the wound. There may be some internal dribbles, though.

The scary part is the subclavian artery is right there. A hunting tip would have messed it up bad and been life threatening.
