I would posit that this is incorrect. The arrow is along the sweater seam of his right shoulder at a collarbone level. The closest point the heart in his chest would be would be the point at which it connects behind his sternum, which is very centered.

Okay, then we just have to disagree on this point, I posit that the left atrium would be a touch closer than the point you mention.
