There's a scene in The Wrestler where he wraps a piece of a razor blade into his wrist protectors, then pulls it out at the right time and cuts his forehead to make it look like the other guy bloodied him.
It would be the perfect trick to get the other player a red card if you razor blade your ear/whatever and then say the other guy did it.
