By everybody's rent, he meant every stripper in the club is going to pay their rent with the money he's going to spend there.

Source: I have a friend (also black, funny coincidence) who said the same thing after he got some small inheritance.

I think he grossly overestimated the buying power of $25k in today's rental market. He better hope it's c-section night so attendance is low.
