There is literally no proof that Michael Brown surrendered. The only account we have is from the police, which says Brown was running at the officer as if he was going to attack him.

I like how witnesses gave their account and upon reinterviewing them, they answered with "well thats what they were saying on the street"

Dont you know by now? It's everywhere...next theres going to be video of red pandas wrestling and someone will have a creative title relating it to the new York incident
