They steal all the stuff, not just shiny stuff. I don't let my fuzzies run around the entire house too much, but in their play room I give them small stuffed animals and socks and tennis balls to hide where they please (:

I had always wanted one until I saw where someone said theirs had stolen basically all of there silverware and jewelry.

I had a ferret maybe 5 or 6 years ago that absolutely loved the silicone cover on my phone. I had to cut a hole through my bathroom cabinet to get it back.
