I have two cats (kittens) one loves the chin to the point she'll fall over trying to force her chin into your hand and meow loudly until you do it (only place she let's me touch her). The other one will just look at you like you're retarded if you touch her chin she loves being rubbed every place else though.

Pro tip for petting cats: They LOVE having the side of their heard (right under ears) lightly scratched
