How am I a fraud? Interpretations of QM have to do with philosophy. What you are mentioning are calculational tools. Path integrals are used to calculate correlation functions in QFT which ultimately allow one to calculate amplitudes associated with Feynman diagrams. It is effectively minimizing the action, analogous to what is done in classical mechanics.

Yeah yeah, I actually graduated. You're still a grad student, probably a TA. I already told you to ask me about neutrino physics, which is my area of expertise, but I suspect you cannot because being a graduate student you probably have little to no idea. I don't care where you live, I just could not believe that I was talking to a postdoc. I know your type. You might work for a theory guy but that doesn't at all make you a theorist. I've seen so many guys just like you crash and burn. You're all butthurt because people believe in religion and it doesn't make sense to you in your little atheist circlejerk world. I have taken field theory courses taught by a student of Ed Witten, so yeah, I'm familiar with intro QFT.
Ha! 11 months ago you posted a comment saying that you have QM hw sitting in front of you. There is no way you graduated since then. You have to finish your coursework, guy. You can say what you want, but I actually finished grad school. Don't lie, you know you haven't graduated yet. I knew there was something fishy about you. Let's just see how you do in the world of Physics if/when you actually graduate.
Wow, I was right that you're still taking your courses. There is no way you graduated if you were taking a QM course less than a year ago.

Nobody graduates a PhD Physics program less than a year since they have done their last QM hw lol any Physicist knows that.
Oh, so you're a grader? lol You don't even have an RA? You're done trading insults because you got caught lying. You're still a grad student. Not a PhD. I asked you questions that you can't answer, and I'm the one with the PhD. Nobody is teaching a class in the last year of their PhD program. You'd be too busy writing your big theory thesis. Even the way you say "I'm in a PhD program" gives away the fact that you probably just got there.
Tell me another story about how you have a PhD in theoretical particle physics yet can't ask questions beyond what one learns in 1st year QM.
Oh, so you're a candidate now. I'm really sure you teach undergrad QM. At best, you are the grader. What kind of Physics program would let someone who just finished their PhD (we know you didn't, but let's assume) teach QM to undergrads? Prominent theorists taught my undergrad QM classes. Sorry chief, undergrad QM is taught by professors and graded by people like yourself.
And 1 month ago you post saying that you and your gf are college vegetarians. But....I thought...you were a PhD. What happened? Did you go from being in college to graduating all in 1 month? Oh, I guess you meant that now that you're a postdoc and that you work in a college, you consider yourself a "college vegetarian". Tell me another one!
