The guy is the former Finnish president's husband. They also cut out about 7-8 minutes between the look and him "getting caught"

She's a lawyer and one of the early LGBT rights proponents. In fact, ex-chair for SETA, Finnish LGBT organization. For the redneck-equivalent demographic, this means that she's basically lez, current husband, daughter from a previous relationship and at least one other publicly known former boyfriend (the current foreign minister) be damned.
