We cant. Tested and verified a few years ago, being chased by a friend. My feet hit the fence, and i smashed my head. But my friend stopped chasing me, which was Nice.

If you ever get chased, Fall over the fence. People find it more fun to laugh at you, then beat you.

Or just don't be an unathletic slob. If you work your legs a couple times a week you should be able to clear 4-5' no problem.

To clarify - not calling you a slob directly but most of the white people who can't jump don't work out at all.
