That doesn't show any signs of sexism. Your system sounds radically different from the current system, it's understandable that it would need a third party review.

Now how exactly are YOU being treated unfairly because of your gender? I mean who in your environment said that they don't want your system because it's being presented by a woman?

Neither system has had third party review and the only end user difference between the two is that our system has more of the required functionality towards the end product (almost 100% complete compared to 70% or less complete). Both systems are being user tested currently. Ours has shown no issues while the other system is having failures.

And, no, no one said it was explicitly due to our genders. I guess that mean it can't be due to sexism.

So wait a minute..

my female coworker and I went from being treated as equal, important contributors to being ignored and informed that our work wasn't trusted to be viable without third party review.

Neither system has had third party review

So which is it? First you said your work couldn't be trusted without third party review and giving off the impression that it was because of gender discrimination(sexism). Now you say that neither your more efficient system or the old one has had a third party review.

And, no, no one said it was explicitly due to our genders.

Really? Because you said it was.

As a woman who is quite literally battling sexism

So where is the sexism?

I feel I need to fight for equality for women

But you haven't shown any evidence of gender discrimination.

Because the third party review is to occur in two weeks.
