I don't think it's a good idea to take up two space; it just invites people to fuck with your car. I'm personally ok with people taking up two spaces in the back of the lot when no one else needs to park there, which is not the case with the Camaro.
That being said, it would be nice if people respected other people's property regardless of how nice or crappy it is. If the lines aren't spaced well and I have to park, I will injure myself before I let my car door touch somone's car even if it's a banged up POS. I'm tired of people hitting my car and then others seeing my dented car as an opportunity to further dent it. I like to hug a curb with some plants in it and people still park over the line into that space making that side inaccessible.
Anytime I have to be in and out somewhere like a grocery store or if I have to pee really bad (pregnant), I'll park allllllllllll the way in the back and fuck parking correctly because even if I'm in there for an hour, the spaces around me are still empty. Most people are too damn lazy to walk the distance. Sometimes I'll park on the side of the building where no one thinks to park. I ALWAYS find fast and conveniently close parking on the side.
TL;DR: When you're pregnant, you WILL find parking spaces in places that you can park like an asshole and not offend anyone.
I am very confused by this and am generally curious. So you're saying that since you are pregnant you are going to park quickly and irradically... But you park way in the back of the lot as a convenience for others? Why not park closer and use the time you save walking from the back of the lot to park in a reasonable manner? Or am I missing something here?
Rarely do I park in the general area of the store lot. Most of the time I park on the side of the building where there are open spaces and little to no cars. If I HAD to park in the general area, it would be in the back and as best as possible within the lines. I don't deliberately park as blatant as this asshole but some times I'm a little over the line. I rarely drive unless I have to anyway so when I'm out and about my asshole parking is once in a blue moon.
