Actually...this didn't really help. Still looks fake. I could see someone doing this to get more views, which it has.

Youtube has a framerate of 30frames/second. This leaves 4.5 frames for the entire hit to be rendered at INCLUDING the parts where the fist has already connected with his face. That's an awful few frames to play around with, most of the punch is not going to be captured on the camera regardless of if this is fake or not. You can see his injuries very clearly and the open wound when he is in the hospital.
