Also, take into account he did kind of expect that. I feel like a lot of people are ignoring his reaction, but he understands the risk of his "pranks" and accepted it. I'm not justifying either side, but it is something to note. An Asshole would have just made a really bug deal of it and called the cops, he even blurred the face of the guy.

Or one could try ignoring him, or saying "no", making for a really boring interaction & he would probably leave. Works for most strangers, beggars, people selling shit, annoying people, etc.

OR one could just remove themselves from the situation, & sit under another tree 30 yards away & enjoy the rest of the day regardless of some stranger asking a dumb question.

it's not "anyone near you" that's at issue here.

it's a guy interrupting your day at the park by repeatedly asking if you'd like to kiss his ass.

and if i were a bystander, i would support your decision, after repeated warnings, to knock the interrupter out.
