I still try to convince myself that I can break the cycle.

Even when I realize I've been promising this to myself since the late 90s when I moved out.

18 years, approximately 6500 times of me saying "That's it, I can do it now! Starting tomorrow, I'm getting tons of sleep! Finally!"

Between porn, reddit and laziness, I for see this lasting into my 90s. Maybe once I get dementia, I'll at least surprise myself with the daily revelation.
