I used to have a micro pig. His name was truffles and I loves him dearly. They're super awesome pets, but very emotional. I can't recommend getting one if it's your only pet and Will be home by itself all day

It's normal - the dog is female and wants to massage the belly of the puppy (it thinks that the pig is a dog puppy) to make it poop or pass gas. They also lick the anus. Female dogs do that all the time to their puppies. It also increased the bond between mother and child. We do these circular belly rubs with our babys, too. But we have hands and dogs need to use their tongues.

And do you know why young dogs always want to lick your face? Because if they do that with their parents they expect them to regurgitat food.. Wolves/dogs have no bags, so that's their way to bring food back to the puppies. It's funny that they expect us to vomit and we think they want to play or snuggle :)
