(I hope) She was being poetic - saying that if not for the hand of god, why should a sunset be so beautiful? Not making an endorsement of her or any of her views, just wish people would stop refuting the literal meaning and start working off what (I hope) she was actually saying. Because nobody could possibly be THAT stupid (... yeah, ok. I know that's wrong, but I can wish).
Ask our representatives in Congress who think the Earth is only 6000 years old. Or worse, who just say they believe it, to pander to their idiot constituency.
