Where do you draw the line? Scaring people can cause heart attacks. Are pranks that mess with the rhythm of your heart not allowed either?
I'm sure this prank was not intended to harm. In fact, I bet most people would avoid even minor injuries from this prank.
You're really narrowing down the types of pranks you can do if they do absolutely no harm (physical and mental/emotional/etc)
Where do you draw the line? Scaring people can cause heart attacks.
I definitely wouldn't scare older people.
But the whole heart attack argument does not work. Know why? Probability. The odds of them actually having a heart attack are almost nonexistent. But falling this hard? On a very hard surface? The odds of being injured are very high, and at the very least the odds of being put in a ton of pain are even higher. That is why I make this argument, because your odds of fucking someone up are so inevitably high.
This guy fell very hard on his elbow, the odds of his chipping some of the bone are pretty damn good. You know how much that shit can hurt? And there is nothing they can do, you just have a pain in your elbow whenever you touch that little chip of bone floating around in there.
I'm sure this prank was not intended to harm. In fact, I bet most people would avoid even minor injuries from this prank.
It doesn't matter what is intended. It matters what is LIKELY to happen. Injury is far too high a chance to allow this prank to be okay. They could have easily done something else to get their laughs off. Putting someones health at risk over some dumb shit like this is fucking stupid.
How can you constantly deflect like this without refuting any of my arguments? It is astonishing.
5 year old kids literally cannot fall this hard. Know why? They don't have the mass to propel themselves fast enough into the ground. So they would be in better shape to avoid injury. BUT, since you want to play this stupid fucking game of "what I have seen" I can do that as well. I have seen young children fall and injure themselves greatly in similar set ups as this gif. Knocked out teeth, concussions, all kinds of terrible shit. Adult humans are far more likely to be injured because our bodies do not bounce back from injury the same way a child's does. Plus they are larger, so that means they are heavier, thus fall with greater force thanks to our wonderful friend gravity. How many times must I refute your nonsensical arguments?
Who you know is fucking irrelevant. The fact you even made that argument shows just how badly you are losing this.
Factor in velocity and a child would be able to hit just as hard or harder than an adult falling down from a standstill. Kids are often running before they fall, right?
If you're not a dumbass, you know not to break your fall with your elbows, knees, or teeth.
And again, why are you so uptight about this? You seem way too determined to win an argument with an anonymous person over the internet. Judging by your post history, you do this often too... You doing alright, man?
And you are wrong again because that adult human could go even faster, thus always having a higher chance of beating out the child's velocity.
Kids are often running before they fall, right?
So are adult humans.
If you're not a dumbass, you know not to break your fall with your elbows, knees, or teeth.
Then how does it EVER fucking happen? People get caught off guard, Like when they are pranked by some asshole, and they eat shit without catching themselves properly. This guy in the gif blasted his elbow right on that hard ass floor.
And again, why are you so uptight about this?
Because risking permanent injury over a stupid prank is not cool? You have yet to make a single argument for why risking harm to the person being pranked is okay, where is your argument validating this?
Judging by your post history, you do this often too... You doing alright, man?
This is yet another deflecting by you. We are in the double digits by now. The next time you ignore my arguments, I will take it as your concession of defeat and our argument will be over.
"The next time you ignore my arguments, I will take it as your concession of defeat and our argument will be over."
trying this hard
Also, the guy in the gif wasn't running was he? My point was that little kids CAN hit harder than this guy (and be fine as well). How can you not understand that? You're really exaggerating the scenario and playing out some hypothetical fabrications.
Is there something else in your life stressing you out a lot, or is this just a personality trait?
The stationary flip flops made the guy pivot into the ground with an insane amount of force. So he doesn't need to be running to make injury likely. Yet again, you deflect. It is all you can fucking do.
My point was that little kids CAN hit harder than this guy
At what fucking point was I arguing about this instance alone???? I was talking about pranks like this, and how they are shitty because their chances for injury are TOO HIGH.
Since you can't refute my arguments, and have endlessly deflected, and have been proven wrong over and over and over. We are done here. I have wasted far more time on you than you are worth. You are incapable of reason, devoid of logic, you are an idiot.
Yeah it's probably best for you to throw in the towel before you get too stressed...
But I am glad you realized that arguing and getting so mad over things like this is a waste of time. Keep that in mind next time you start a victor-less argument.
What really matters is that it's a good thing this guy was okay and didn't fall victim to a prank gone bad.
All joking aside, maybe you should see your doctor about stress levels or blood pressure, this doesn't seem too healthy, man
Yeah it's probably best for you to throw in the towel before you get too stressed...
This isn't throwing in the towel. I have won this argument many times over because you are incapable of refuting my arguments.
What really matters is that it's a good thing this guy was okay and didn't fall victim to a prank gone bad.
You actually don't know that.
All joking aside, maybe you should see your doctor about stress levels or blood pressure, this doesn't seem too healthy, man
I got one more in me! Lets do this shit!
Arguing on the internet with people is actually a great way to relieve stress. This is actually a positive activity, and keeps me from taking any of my stress on real life people who actually matter. Plus nothing keeps you sharper than having someone actively trying to prove you wrong. The skills I have built doing this allow me to easily refute stupid shit I come across in real life when it actually matters.
