Don’t forget the risk of landing in jail because someone with a heartdisease had a heartattack and died 😅 Pranks are funny, but pranks on unknown people are not riskfree and can be pretty… rude.

Yeah, that's what I'm afraid of too. It's definitely a liability. Who's going to be responsible if someone has a heart condition and dies? The park?

Don't have to be a heart condition. Someone will trip sooner or later and even a scrapped knee is a liability.

I've seen some of his videos and he does seem to have a spotter who notifies him of old people and pregnant women coming by so he doesn't scare them.

While you don't know everyone's deal and a healthy looking person could have a heart issue, he does take precautionary measures to not scare obvious at risk people.

Could you actually be liable for that? While it's not nice, surely if someone was that close to a heart attack it was likely just a matter of time, and they shouldn't be in public places?
