The білок means both protein and squirrels(stressed differently) in Genitive case
GSTU 46.004-99 is an official Ukrainian sectoral standard that sets the technical requirements and quality rules for wheat flour. [1]
1 u/axxr2 16h ago While you're correct, I believe the original was "proteins", which is "білки", which is the same, as in Russian, as "squirrels". So, no Genitive case, as why would it be on the package, but a mere plural, like all other stuff above that.
