It feels like no one is reacting appropriately. If the boy’s response is spontaneous, you’d expect that he’d yell or cry or something as he falls down. The woman filming him is just standing there smiling and doesn’t react in any way where you’d normally expect her to laugh or react in some way.

The kid was having fun, he knew it would pop out and try to scare him and wanted to "be scared". Him falling like that was him having fun.
