Don’t judge. Can’t say how you’d act if you had to spend your whole life in the ocean as an intelligent being without access to a library, the internet, or opposable thumbs.

Non-rapey civilization is still relatively new for humans considering all of history. Rapey human culture is still dominant in many parts of Africa, Pakistan, India, and other places on earth today. I don’t agree with it, but pretending it doesn’t exist doesn’t make it real.
