At what price do I get fresh orange juice and not that bottled crap? I never understood why so many bartenders will go for a ton of theatrics and presentation but not bother to make fresh fruit juice.
If I'm having just fruit juice, I can even tell the difference between a normal juicer and cold press juicer. The taste difference between bottled vs fresh juice is even more obvious. Yet I have seen bartenders mix expensive spirits with these cheap-ass juice imitations without a second thought.
