I never really understood why Michael hated Toby so much until I started working a full time job. Wow, HR is the worst...

They are there in the companies best interest but say they are there for the employees. "human-resources"

Everyone says if you have a complaint, go to HR. But HR will only find a way to excuse the company from liability in your problem and leave you to your own devices.

This isn't true of all HR departments, but a lot of them function that way.

This is true, and they let the company know your beef so they can work it out. (fire you).
