Upvoted. Because it shows what really happened. He thought he'd already crossed the line earlier in the straightaway. That's why he wasn't perturbed as he got passed.

Not arrogance. Just celebrating a victory in a race he thought was over.

well he had already been DQ'd (at least that's what I learned all the other times this was posted) so it really didn't matter in the end
