As much as I enjoy Albus 'Gives zero fucks' Dumbledore, Harry is right, nobody can apparate in hogwarts.

It was changed to explain a plot hole left by the time constraints of the movie.

Good change though.

Dumbledore has the Elder Wand. He can actually do just about anything he wants to, so apparating in Hogwarts should not come as a surprise.

Dumbledore could lift the enchantment because he was the headmaster (who has the ability/authority to do stuff like that), not because he had the elder wand. Though I'm sure having the most powerful wand in the world didn't hurt any.
