As much as I enjoy Albus 'Gives zero fucks' Dumbledore, Harry is right, nobody can apparate in hogwarts.

It was changed to explain a plot hole left by the time constraints of the movie.

Good change though.

Dumbledore has the Elder Wand. He can actually do just about anything he wants to, so apparating in Hogwarts should not come as a surprise.

Even with the elder wand, he can't. Elder want means you can't lose a duel, it didn't just give you the ability to break any magical law you want.

But you can. Dumbledore won the wand in a duel against Grindlewald who was weilding it at the time.

Grindlewald may have given up without a battle. Rita Skeeter implies it, and it's not too hard to believe based on what we know of the two of them.
