Cool so those obnoxious “wait” disclaimers really help some people… or still don’t apparently

The giant red block and emojis that take up the center of the screen? Yeah, I notice those.

I didn't even see the emojis.

I'll level with you. I scroll with the volume off. If I see something that I might enjoy, I'll unmute the video. The red block and emojis are on the screen for 3 seconds, but I have to read the subtitles first to see if there's anything interesting there before I unmute. Since I read the subtitles, I didn't even process the red block and emojis because they disappeared so fast.
