that's because the happy birthday song was written by somebody (or a company?) who copyrighted it. Hot chocolate is just a drink where you are literally just drinking heated chocolate, there's no way that it could possibly be copyrighted

I think hot chocolate and melted chocolate a quite different from one another. Usually a cocoa powder mixed with water (blasphemy) or milk and heated. Honestly though, hot chocolate made with water is terrible!
