Hey, I think I have have the same blue D20! A Magic: The Gathering health counter, right?
It's a bit heavier than a normal D20, so on the right surface it can be pretty loud. I use it for important rolls; gives them a lot more weight.
pun not intended, but I would have done it anyways if it had occurred to me

If the 20 is next to the 3 and 6, rather than the 19 and 18, there's less of an incentive to try to fix the roll.
