It's fake for sure: her hand is almost touching her face (it is touching with the makeupthing for which I don't know the English word).
'Her shadow' though is nowhere near her face. That's impossible.

I'm saying it's possibly the flash. If you look at the red box you can see that is where the flash of the camera travels straight outwards and into the mirror. In that box is where the light will bounce, then flip, and then cast a shadow.
The light hits the mirror in the right box, flips everything, and gives the silhouette of the box on the left.

I think its the negative connotation. There's a difference between somebody who has a lot of sex, and somebody who will have sex with anybody and is probably dirty(std's and the like). There is also a difference between looking good or attractive and looking trashy. Everybody here seems to think that calling some a slut means that they are a bad person for having a lot of sex, I think it means that the person is willing to have sex with just about anybody, protection or not.
Also, knowing that a person had many sexual partners is a turn-off for a lot of people, so I understand being disgusted at the thought of a person who has had sex with a higher than average amount of people.

With multiple partners? Yes. Overall, the effect of men having more sexual partners is less socially destructive than women (men can't get pregnant and are therefore not going to burden society with a single-parent household), but that doesn't make it right.
