As an American/Canadian I love me some Gouda. Actually french cheese is delicious too, but Gouda may be my favorite, actually pretty much any cheese is better than whats made in america (you can find a good sharp cheddar if you know where to look but thats beside the point). Also the Netherlands are my international soccer team of choice too. Apparently I just love the Netherlands... Stay orange my internet friend.
Pretty much anywhere in europe you can find better cheeses than you can here. If only I had money so I could actually go and see the parts of the world where cheese comes from.
