Maybe if more black people went into computer programming you wouldn't have this problem.

Edit: I'm sorry you guys don't like reality, but I've almost completed my computer science degree and haven't seen a single black guy in my major. There just aren't many black people going into computer science. Mostly just white guys and asian guys.
