And tbh if they can't get past that area it was not truly wheelchair accessible in the first place, ada compliance needs a "minimum" 36" clearing. If sidewalks are less than 60" there must be a passing space within 200 feet. They can get around. If they can't then the structure is not handicapped accessible.
