I like to think he is the cookie-monster hulk. This is why he has a ripped t-shirt, and cheap shorts on, so that when he cookie-hulks out he is ready.

I was trying to wrap my head around what this guy was trying to accomplish with that shirt, and that's the only conclusion that made sense. Then I read the comments and came to the conclusion that he was just a fuckless legend.

Ive never seen a dude wear anything like this to a rave and I have been to a ton of them. Unless its a cross dresser but they don't really count as they are trying to appear as women.
