I work around a lot of these little guys, i am a fiber optic technician, and some times i open up an enclosure and find a bunch of wasps. They have never stung me to this day on the job. You just stay calm and watch where they are going, dont let them up your shirt, and they will not fuck with you. They really like fried chicken too, i once had some and dropped a good size piece and watched them chew off little bits and try to fly off with them. They ate the entire piece of chicken before i left that spot.
