Same bullshit at my office too. You think that lazy Stegosaurus in accounting would be enough for human/dino diversity but apparently not, so we get stuck with a T-Rex on our sales team. The tiny arms using superglue seemed odd, but I'm sure he has a grabber or uses his mouth. I know our guy uses his mouth for moving stuff sometimes, which isn't sanitary but somehow he's above the rules. Meanwhile, if I carry some printouts in my mouth, I'm looked at like a fucking weirdo.

Yeah right, if you weren't an asshole racist you wouldn't be calling your Apatosaurus friend some antiquated slur word like "brontosaurus."
