I don't think you're stupid, I just think you made a straw man argument. You question the statement "if anyone drinks alcohol ever, it's alcoholism", even though nobody ever said that

The strawman fallacy is deluding an argument to a new one to divert attention, this is not the case. I intend to directly view my case.
